- Eligibility: Devices must be original, not counterfeit, and free of unpaid dues or legal claims.
- Condition Accuracy: The final value is based on the actual condition of the device. Major discrepancies from submitted info may reduce the offer or lead to cancellation.
- Locked Devices: Devices must not have iCloud, Google, or any SIM/Device locks active.
- Data Wipe: You are responsible for backing up and wiping your data before shipping. We will also perform a complete data wipe for security.
- Device Ownership: By trading in, you confirm you are the legal owner of the device.
- Trade-In Cancellation: You can cancel your request before we receive the device. Once accepted, the trade-in cannot be reversed.
